I was a nobody, and still am a nobody but now many people know me.

I published a book.

I was 15. I had my grade 10 final exam in 5 months. One exam was just after 20 days.

Then I did something crazy, unintentionally: I downloaded a few apps to learn programming.

A few days later, I found many places of improvement in the app. So I mailed them. I also mailed another app.

After two days, the first app replied. The founder of the app replied.

I didn’t know how to communicate well. I told them “I can be with you if you want” (by “with you”, I meant “in your team”)

I was in but after a few rounds of testing:

I didn’t know UI/UX design but I told them I will get a good redesign done. I had no network or no skill. I didn’t even know I could learn a skill from youtube.

But then… I joined a few UI/UX groups and convinced a bro to assist me. He did it free of cost.

Then I was in.

I took every task I could. I stole tasks: I figured out what the founder of the app might need and did it for him before he even thought about it.

I worked with him for a year and later finally I was introduced to the team. Now I am finally on the core team.

There I did everything from social media marketing, branding, researching, managing volunteer teams, leading promotional activities, writing some content, being the advisor for all activities with a psychological eye, and others.

Then after 3 years, with all our team activities, we finally reached the huge milestone of 1 million students in the app.

This ed-tech app company’s name is Programming Hero, by the way. It was started by Jhankar Mahbub.

Then I worked on a personal project: a social media app for 1 year, complete bootstrap. I later quit it for religious reasons.

I then worked with NFT and the crypto game.

Later I moved on to start a web and software development company mainly focusing on e-commerce sites for businesses.

We started in May 2022.

It was our start. We had experienced developers.

We got a project through personal connections and the project was completely easy.

So we committed to the contract for $800 without discussing the nut-bolt requirements.

Then…

The requirements kept increasing along the way. A lot of feedback started coming. They requested complete remakes.

We committed to the contract for just $800 because we didn’t want to take more for easy work.

But little did we know.

It was a complex e-commerce site. It took us 5 months. 8 of our developers and designers worked on this project these long months.

It was a scary time but we have no complaints.

We still love that client. They were the first ones to trust us. Wanna have a sneak peek of the website. Here.

So during those 5 months, we could not take a second project.

Next, we got our second client through Twitter and it was a beautiful project. We met a great soul along the way named Maya.

They sell hair extensions to African clients in the USA.

It was fun work we did.

You can look at the website here.

Oh along the way we did some websites free of cost for influencers so that we understand whether we are really good at what we do.

Along the way, we also worked on a tool to help Twitter creators auto-schedule their threads as LinkedIn carousels.

We tried our best but abandoned it in the end due to slight unavoidable technical limitations at that moment.

You can read about it here if you want.

Then we got a project from a student consultancy company. I love their mission because they don’t force students to buy the whole package. They offer flexible options: only choose the items you need assistance with.

This project is still going on. It’s a fun one.

We are doing both the client side as well as the business intelligence side.

Here’s a sneepy to the website.

Our goal is always to empower businesses. Because businesses help humans solve problems and improve their lives.

My goal with the agency was to improve my team members’ well-being too.

Then the next goal was to empower businesses while earning funding to work on a startup to solve a crucial problem for the world.

Recently we also built some fun tools for you.

Wherever you are right now, you’ll get an instant remedy for your health symptoms.

It could be in a theater or a petrol pump, in the middle of brushing – anywhere.

We built it with AI. Don’t trust it 100%.

We also built a tool to help women understand the factors that are hampering their pregnancy.

Pregnancy is a good emotion and I didn’t want this emotion to be hampered because of certain missed factors. So we tell you those factors and the solution to that.

AI was used for it too. Beware.

If you want to try even if you are not a female, sure.

Oh, while doing all of it, I am a Computer Science bachelor’s student in Germany. I am from Bangladesh but I was born and studied in Oman.

As a bachelor’s student as well as a bachelor, I still don’t have a maid at my home, so I do my household work on my own.

So even though I am not in a position to guide you on anything, I follow certain principles that make my life easier for me, despite my studies, business, and house activities.

I will share all of it with you. If useful, apply. If not useful, please email me at shajedul.karim.01@gmail.com to get your money back.

Presenting: 60+ tips from a male bachelor student who runs a startup and a house with no maid.

Get the book here free of cost for you only.
