Earlier when I used to get a piece of cake, I was the happiest kid in the room.
Now eating at the five stars too doesn’t give much happiness. Not because I don’t have a camera to post my meal on Instagram, but because I made my happiness too expensive.
As we grow older, we grow the price of our happiness too.
Make your happiness affordable. Make it so cheap, you can experience it every day, every moment.
The only reason we aren’t happy? We don’t appreciate our small wins. Start appreciating them. Those small wins piles up to form something huge.
Appreciate small to then truly experience something big.
And, be happy and always spread happiness. That’s the easiest thing you can do. Ironically, that’s what triples happiness.
Try it. To be happy is a great feeling. I know you experienced that before but you didn’t in a while.
