The Good News Is: You Don’t Deserve Success

People think I’m crazy because I suck and still pretend I rock.

These aren’t normal suck though. I didn’t talk at school for 11 years. I don’t know much about things I think I know: writing. I don’t care I don’t have a special someone. I forget things often, just like I forgot a few dozen other ways I suck at.

But, honestly, I hate to suck. I hate to fail. Here’s what we miss: pain becomes fun when you hate to fail.

Hating to fail simply means you strive to not fail. Striving to not fail is a success. Success is actually a failure so that’s better.

(I hate using the word ‘honestly’ because it feels like I was lying the rest of the time, but I did use it once in this post so that I could figure out some ways I could be wrong.)

Success Is Lonely

The top is hard to reach. So it’s empty. It’s fun to fly together, however.

If you need one reason to kill your desire to succeed, this is it: Success is empty. You can grow together and that’s more fun than being at the top, alone.

Success is lonely and loneliness is game over. Loneliness means you don’t have anyone else to learn from, partly because your ego takes over: You think you are the best…
