Two selfish but cool reasons to lift others.
I started mentoring people in our team and figured out two fun reasons to mentor:
- To teach is to learn twice.
2. To teach is to realize you have to get better.
Either way, you become better.
Their weakness makes me weaker. When I make them strong, I know I have to become stronger to thrive and I become it.
