Losing all your child, especially recently after the last one was born is hard.
His mom did have to lose. His parents divorced one year after his birth, just after her new child was born less than five month’s old. The reason? His aunt hated her. She was out. Divorced. Can’t see her children anymore.
She had to leave her children behind and disappear.
He started living with his grandmother in another village for some time. His grandmom didn’t study much so she didn’t pressure him as well.
Then his father remarried. The stepmom was new at home. She was young and read till grade 12. She didn’t tell him much about studying either.
His grandmom and stepmom didn’t pressurize or shout if he didn’t study “so what other children knew at the time, I didn’t.”
At age 5 he started going to school. His grandmom used to take him. He would return home four days of the week without doing the classes. The rest two days he would cry as well but then sit in the Principal’s office. That’s his dad’s friend.
